The tour was very informing and had a very pleasant balance between informality and information gain. Esra did a wonderful job guiding us through the old town and made sure everyone was having fun by having little conversations with guests in between sites. Her language was very clear and she showed great adaptability and improvisation to noise around us. If that is still not convincing enough, Esra also let us taste the traditional Printen, which was a fun surprise to an already excellent tour. I can highly recommend this guide during your visit to Aachen!

On 02/08 neither the Spanish guide appeared in the morning (we were a group of 7 people waiting for him), nor the English guide in the afternoon despite having received confirmation and reminder messages. We tried to contact them in various ways, but we did not receive a response. 0 seriousness, a waste of time.

We booked for a free tour with them for Saturday, February 8 and they did not show up at the agreed upon location and location. And on top of that, they had sent a reconfirmation email the day before. They also did not respond to calls, emails or private Instagram messages. A total SHAME.

No one has shown up. We had a tour booked at 12:00, we waited until 12:20 and the "red umbrella" did not appear. There were more people waiting for the tour. The funny thing is that the night before I received an email confirming the appointment. Some girls who were also waiting have tried to make a reservation in the afternoon with the tour in English and no one has shown up either.Does the company not exist? If so, close the website. They waste your time.And if it exists, let them know!

I took part to the tour of the legends of Aachen after living here for three months and I was surprised by all the things that I still didn't know about the city! Our guide was cheerful, well informed and managed to make even the smallest thing incredibly interesting. I would totally recommend it to people who are in aachen for a day or more, in order to fully appreciate the city center

This was the second tour with “Ricky Martin” in Aachen. There wasn't much new, the program hasn't really changed in the last 3 months. He is consistently friendly, funny, attentive. A clear recommendation!

I usually don't leave reviews very often. But the tour with Esra was awesome! As a passionate Saarbrücker, I immediately understood and saw that Esra loves Aachen. She is authentic, funny and an enthusiastic Aachenerin!I just happened to be at the market place and sat next to the other participants. The walking tour with Dimitra was really nice! We learned a lot about the city and Karel de Grote. Dimitra told us a lot of stories and funny mythes. She is a very good storyteller and was very enthusiastic! Also it was nice that we got to taste some of the typical Aachen cookies. This was included in the walking tour. Definitely would recommend this tour with Dimitra.

We had a fantastic time on the tour and even though some of us have been living in Aachen for a while we all learned something new. Esra told us about Aachen's history, architecture, and some local legends. She also gave some tips on what else there is to do in Aachen. Her English is flawless and she's a great speaker. I like the concept of taking a free walking tour and tipping later because you get to decide how much you'd like to give after the tour. I happily recommend taking a free walking tour.
