This agency takes us clients for fools. We had a reservation for a tour in Spanish on 11/28/24. At 11 a.m. they send you an email reminding you that you have the tour, and at 5 p.m. they send you another email saying that it is canceled because The guide has had an emergency. Be honest and if you can't do the tour because there aren't enough people, you say it and that's it, nothing happens, it's understandable. You already know, if you go to Bergen in November, have a plan b prepared if you sign up for this agency's freetour because you won't.

During the walk, little was said about the history or the city of Bergen, but it was too much about society in Norway from the guide's point of view and his critical view of Norwegian society.
We had signed up for the tour in Spanish on Sunday, September 8, but the guide never arrived nor did we receive any notification of the cancellation.At least we were able to join the tour in English and it was very good.
Second time I've done this tour with Sami - first was last year and this time I was back in Bergen with my husband - and it was just as entertaining and informative as before, with many new stories and insights.Sami is a consummate performer and keeps up a lively and interesting banter that gives really good insight into Bergen, Norway, and every from history and culture to social norms and practices.Highly recommended!

We had a very interesting morning walking with a very good and knowledgeable guide (Samy) who gave a lot of interesting and varied information on the history of the city and the Norwegian culture.He also gave us some restaurant tips, information on where to find the cheapest groceries, cheapest beer, and recommended things to do depending on the length of stay.He even had some of the famous brown cheese for us to taste. We did the Bergen tour on 8/5 with Sami. It was a great tour, we learned about history of Bergen as well as current day Bergen and Norway more generally. Sami took us down local streets and talked about the culture in Norway and shared some of his own experiences. He provided some good recommendations we followed, such as trying the cup of fish soup, reindeer sausage and how to get the best seats in the fernicular going up to Mt Floya (and avoiding farmed salmon). Excellent tour, Sami was awesome - definitely worth it for anyone visiting Bergen.

The tour in English with Samy was really interesting, there were many of us but he didn't lose our attention for even a minute.Above all, he made us understand the Norwegian culture by connecting to the various places in the city.At the end he gave us several tips including where to have lunch and where to get the typical waffles.

The focus of the tour was on the guide's personal experiences and recommendations and that's simply the most exciting thing! The outside perspective on Norway revealed many interesting differences. If you want an exclusively historical, data-based tour, which would have been rather boring for us, this is not the right place for you. Thanks for the entertaining morning!

Really appreciated Sami taking us around - he gave us good recommendations for food and museums. The whole experience is very friendly - we got to listen to stories about Bergen musical history, the very friendly pigeons, all the way to stories about Bryggen.
